In the Arena
Re-Colored BlogToday I’m thankful for a quote I read often as a reminder to stay encouraged no matter my circumstances. A quote to remind me that it’s not the judgment from the people “outside the arena” that counts, but the encouragement from those “inside the arena” who also have the boldness to chase their dreams, to go against the norm, and to use their voice.
For me personally, “my arena” of becoming a writer, blogger, and speaker is out of my comfort zone and for the longest I allowed the negative voices of those “outside the arena” carry more weight than the singular voice of the Almighty God, but at some point, I made a choice. A choice to “Step into the Arena” with vulnerability, with courage, with boldness, and with a platform given to me by God.
Today, I am THANKFUL to be in The Arena!
